Purina employs professional advertising agencies that work with talent agencies and animal trainers to choose the pets used in our advertisements. We do not solicit individuals. If you wish for your pet to appear in our advertising, it is best to connect with a talent agency or animal trainer in your area.

With the exception of occasional and specific public surveys and promotional initiatives, it is Nestlé Purina PetCare's general policy not to accept submissions related to new products, promotions or advertising. We rely on the expertise of our Research and Development team for product development and our various advertising agencies for advertising and promotional ideas.

When floods or other natural disasters take their toll on four-legged victims, Purina frequently responds with donations of pet foods. In a major disaster, our likely first response is to partner with a nationally recognised rescue agency. This information will be posted on this website. If your animal welfare organisation has been impacted by a natural disaster or emergency and the information on our site does not pertain to your area, you may submit a donation request by contacting the Purina PetCare Team. We will contact you if we feel we can be of assistance.

We enjoy seeing photos and hearing personal stories about your pets. Many of our UK Purina brand websites include features inviting visitors to submit pet photos and stories, often in association with a competition or promotion, and in some instances as part of a permanent gallery feature. However we cannot commit to including your photos or stories on this or any other Purina website.

Nestlé Purina PetCare has partnered with key retailers to gain awareness and interest in our products. These partnerships focus on strategic business-building opportunities that can reach a large audience and positively impact product sales.

While there are many sponsorship opportunities worthy of consideration, Purina will not consider support for unsolicited motor sports, youth sports, amateur sports, media co-op programs or event ticket and hospitality packages. Purina employs professional advertising agencies to review and recommend individual sponsorship opportunities and requests.
