Selected natural dog food ingredients
At Purina, we use the term ‘natural’ to describe dog food ingredients to which nothing has been added and which have maintained their natural composition (as per the FEDIAF Code of good labelling practice). We are proud to declare many of our selected ingredients as ‘natural’.
We are proud that high quality chicken is the first ingredient in our chicken recipe. Not only is the chicken delicious, but it also provides essential amino acids to maintain lean muscle mass and support a healthy immune system.
High quality salmon is the number one ingredient in our delicious Superfood Blend recipe. As well as being delicious, salmon provides dogs with essential amino acids for the maintenance of their lean muscle mass. It also helps support the health of their immune system.
We believe there is a place for cereal in dogs' diets. That's why Beyond contains a combination of whole barley and other cereals which can supply dogs with a steadier release of energy than other carbohydrates, helping to keep them moving for longer. What's more, by containing body soluble and insoluble fibre, these cereals also help digestion.
Fat is an essential part of a healthy balanced diet, as it's an important source of energy. It's also a source of essential fatty acids, such as Omega 3 and Omega 6, which are important to help maintain overall health, good skin, a glossy coat, healthy joints, and a healthy immune system.
Sourced with care, dried beetpulp supports the composition of each 100% complete kibble.
A selected natural ingredient that has been sourced with care to ensure to ensure that Beyond Superfood Blend provides a 100% complete and balanced meal.
Due to the nature of the raw material composition and cooking process, some minerals and vitamins need to come from a purified source to ensure that dogs gets all these essential micronutrients to stay healthy. We therefore supplement our dog food with vitamins and mineral salts to ensure they are 100% complete and balanced.
