PURINA FELIX/WINALOT WIN DEPOT CREDIT TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy, and understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

1. This prize draw is open to Independent Retailers who are 18 years or over and resident in the UK, (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and excludes employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter, Purina UK Commercial Operations Ltd, its agents or anyone else professionally connected to the Promotion.
2. The Promotion closes at 23:59 on 27.10.24. No entries will be accepted after this time.
3. To enter, participants must text the word ‘PURINA ’ to 60002 by no later than 23:59 27.10.24. Texts will be charged at one standard network rate message which may vary depending on the participant’s service provider.
4. There are 10 prizes available to be won in total, each consisting of a £250 UNITAS Depot Credit.
5. Winners will be selected at random by an independent third party from all valid entries made by the closing date. The draw will take place within 14 standard working days of the closing date and the winners notified via the mobile phone used to enter within a further seven (7) standard working days. Should the original winners fail to respond to that notification within 21 days, for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve winner drawn at the same time as the originals.
6. Winners will have their credit added to their UNITAS account at the depot of their choice.
7. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part.
8. Entries (bulk or otherwise) from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will not be accepted. Anyone sharing codes online or acting in a manner deemed by the Promoter to undermine the operation and integrity of the promotion, or in any way gives a participant an unfair advantage, will be disqualified and any persons seeking to use such information gained will be disqualified. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information on 3rd party websites. Entrants, who do not give correct details, try to undermine the Promotion or any person making an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to fulfil the prizes.
9. When registering to receive their prize , the winner will be required to provide information including first name, surname, phone number, and email address. In the event that the mandatory information required to fulfil the prize is not provided, the entry will be considered incomplete or if is found to subsequently to be incorrect it will mean the entry is invalid. In the event of a participant’s email address becoming inaccessible during the Promotion, the Promoter is unable to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
10. A participant may enter more than once throughout the duration of the promotion. However, no one person may win more than one prize.
11. By taking part in the promotion, winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities relating to the promotion. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winners are not obliged to agree to any such request.
12. Subject to Nestlé’s Privacy Policy, the business name and county of verified winners will be available upon request by sending an email to consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘WINNERS LIST: UNITAS DEPOT PROMOTION’ for a period of 3 months following the end of the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé’s Privacy Policy. If any winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing UKI.dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘UNITAS DEPOT PROMOTION’. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
13. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter nor the Promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
a. Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
b. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes or games at any point in the operation of this Promotion. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, human error or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion.
c. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
d. Any injury or damage to entrants upon delivery and/or use of their prize.
e. Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures on the website.
14. Conduct of entry: Entrants to the Promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify and ensure any awarded prizes are forfeited if any individual is found to be tampering with any element of the promotion, redemption process or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all promotional matters.
16. Participants should seek permission from their employer before entry into this promotion. Any business or personal tax liability arising as a result of entry is the participant’s own responsibility.
17. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.
18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liabiity which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
19. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
20. When there are exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
21. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surnames and counties of verified winners will be made available as set out above and winners can object to this by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted after three (3) months of the promotional end date with the exception of the winner(s) and reserves whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of the prize.
