Owner Stories are your stories of pet-ownership; the highs, the lows, the unexpected surprises and the daily joys!

Did you know that over half a million people come to the Purina website every year for help finding the perfect dog breed for them? And whilst we can tell them how to groom an Afghan or walk a Whippet, it’s owners like you who have the real-life experience. Is it true that Labradors are always hungry? Should potential Dachshund-owners really invest in earplugs? How do energetic Spaniels navigate life in the city?

Purina are committed to making the pet human bond stronger, and we believe that starts right from the beginning with finding the right dog. By sharing your real Owner Stories, you can play a part in helping potential pet-parents choose the best breed for them and get their own stories started off on the right paw!

Once your story is published to our website, we’ll send you a unique link to it so you can share it with friends and family. It’ll also become part of the Owner Stories gallery, which you can find here. We might also reach out to you if we want to share your story on some of our other channels, like Instagram or Facebook. If this happens, we’ll email you first to make sure you’re ok with it. 

As with any online reviews, we need to ensure that the content sent through to us is appropriate to be published. This means we’ll check entries for profanities, ensure they’re on topic, and catch any pawsky robots. 

Every month, eligible entries will be entered into a prize draw to be featured on our website as our 'Pet of the Month'.
