My cat is currently on a hypoallergenic diet and he has zero reaction to this food and thoroughly enjoyed it. He is also pretty fussy in general with dry food so Purina must be doing something right!
I genuinely think this food is fantastic - despite usually preferring wet food, my fussy cat devoured this and has been so much more energetic as a result. Not only that but her fur looks healthier and the smell coming out of her behind is virtually non-existent compared to the previous wretch inducing stench she used to emit! Highly recommend this product.
I was keen to try this dry food as my cat mainly eats wet food and our vet said he should be eating more dry food as dry food is better for his teeth and better for his diet all round. I started by putting out a small bowl alongside his wet food and he would try it then go straight for his wet food so l decided to sprinkle it onto his wet food and slowly he got used to it. After about a week or so he started eating just the Pro plan dry food and now hardly eats wet food at all. He really enjoys it and l look forward to trying different flavours for him when we finish this bag. I would definitely recommend PRO PLAN® Optidigest Sterilised adult dry cat food as its a good brand and my cat loves it, lm glad we made the swap from wet food to dry.
When I got the package, I did not expect to receive so much of the food to try (3kg of it). Package has all the information you need . Our cat, Luna, ate it for the first time and we can tell she enjoys the taste a lot more compared to the other food we give her. The smaller pieces make it better for her to digest and she is more eager to eat it compared to other brands of dry food. We will definitely buy more in the future! I look forward to keeping all updated
