This product is great. I have 2 17 year old cats. The cats eat too fast so I always put a single layer in each of the cat bowls. I’ve tried several sensitive stomach varieties with different results. For the past 2 years, they’ve been eating IAMs Senior. They vomited occasionally but then it changed to many times a week. Since I switched, neither has vomited. They like the flavor. They have more energy. I wish I tried this sooner
My cat absolutely loved this food to the point ,whilst watching TV one night we heard a rustling and found our cat with his head stuck in the top of the bag !
He left his bowl empty at every meal when usually he will leave some to come back to .
He has been noticeably more relaxed lately and is very eager for meal times .The bag was resealable which is useful although our cat did learn how to break the seal on it .
The only downside for me is the price of the food . I couldn't afford to buy this every month on top of our dog food etc . It is a very premium priced product which is a shame as I would love for my cat to be able to continue with this food .
My threw furry babies love these! The great thing is it suits all of them even though the range in ages 2, 6 & 18. My cats can be fussy but the all seemed to enjoy them. It doesn't seem to affected their bellies like other types have before. I will definitely be buying again for them.
It was unfortunately no longer resealable after he got his tiny teeth into it. That and the fact that we found him chomping away at the food through the new sizeable hole he'd made, makes it 5 stars for taste. He has not had stinky poops since eating this food (so 5 stars for smell too) which he can sometimes get with a new brand. He is also as energetic and playful as ever, so 5 stars for nutrition. So far, Pro Plan, you've been a Pro-plan indeed!
