
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry / claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18+ only.
This promotion excludes employees and the immediate families of Nestlé Purina UK (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
A smart phone and Internet access is required. Purchase necessary.
Participants should also retain each proof of purchase for each entry showing the date of purchase during the main or mop-up draw promotional period or prior to the start date as a result of some promotional stock reaching the market early and dated prior to date of entry as this will be required for verifying prize claims. Claims on multiple purchases require all the relevant receipts to be kept as these may be requested.
There is a limit of one entry per person per day, and each entry needs to be linked to a new unique purchase of the product and receipt, all of which will be checked and validated before the awarding of any prize.
A maximum of one daily cash prize win and one weekly prize win can be won per person throughout the duration of the promotional period.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force, or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
Each entry to the promotion must have a unique receipt as part of the entry requirements. Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.
Promotional Period
The main promotional period for the promotion will run between 00:01 on 13/05/2025 and 23:59 on 10/08/2025 with daily draws each day.
Entry into the daily draw will also result in entry for UK, IoM and CI entrants into the next available weekly draw. Promotional weekly draws will occur on the following dates with entry dates as highlighted:
UK, IoM and CI
Draw 1 period begins from 00:01 on 13/05/2025 and runs to 23:59 18/05/2025.
Then ongoing from 00:01 on Monday of the relevant week through to 23:59 on Sunday of the relevant week i.e. Draw 2 period – 19/05/2025 – 25/05/2025 through to Draw 13 period 04/08/2025 to 10/08/2025.
For those entrants from the Republic of Ireland irrespective of day and week entered their entry will be entered into a final draw as highlighted:
ROI
All entries between 00:01 on 13/05/2025 to 23:59 on 10/08/2025 will go into the ROI Draw.
A mop-up draw period will run between 00:01 on 11/08/2025 to 23:59 on 11/09/2025.
Any entries received outside the stated promotional periods will not be accepted and entries, depending on the time of entry, will not be carried forward from one daily draw to another daily draw.
All entries will upon entering the daily draws receive an onscreen message confirming entry into the relevant daily draw and for UK, IoM and CI entrants’ confirmation that they have been entered into the next weekly draw and for ROI entrants’ confirmation that they have been entered into the final ROI draw.
In instances where participating packs are in the marketplace in advance of the planned promotional start date of 13/05/2025, anyone who has purchased a pack ahead of this date still has the opportunity to enter, within the limits and conditions are indicted above. The Promoter will allow consumers to submit their entries into a draw at any point from the start of the main promotional period, as long as they keep their receipt and participating product packaging from the date, they purchased it.
Entry Requirements
To enter for a chance to win one of the prizes available, entrants must:
Purchase a participating pack of Gourmet, subject to availability, whilst stocks last (see clause below for participating products) during the promotional period.
Scan the QR code on the pack, any promotional content or visit https://www.purina.co.uk/gourmetwin.
Enter their full name and county and country of residence, a valid email address, and agree to the Terms and Conditions to enter.
Retain receipt. The proof of purchase details must be unique, clearly indicate the participating product purchased and be dated within the Promotional Period or prior to the start date due to some participating product stock making it into the marketplace early, and prior to the date of entry.
Entrants will then be entered into the relevant daily cash prize draw (with auto entry into the next relevant weekly or final draw entry) and will be notified, by email, within two (2) working days of the relevant cash prize draw taking place if they are a winner.

Participating products are subject to availability, while stocks last.
Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries, entries received outside any promotional period, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by using multiple IP addresses, using identities other than their own, the use of programme, alias or multiple accounts or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
Only valid entry information will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged.
In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win.

Cash Prizes
£5 Cash prizes will be available daily to be won in the Daily Prize Draw from all UK, IoM and CI residents. €5 Cash prizes will be available daily to be won in the Daily Prize Draw from all ROI residents.
Private Chef Experience
During the promotional period there will be 31 Private Chef Experiences available to be won – 30 main prizes for United Kingdom, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands and one (1) main prize for the Republic of Ireland.
The prize consists of 31 bespoke at home Private Chef Experiences, which include:
3-hour cooking experience with a trained chef at winner’s home address.
Up to 8 guests can attend including the winner/host.
Each experience is tailored for each group depending on cuisine preferences.
3-course meal including starter, main course and dessert will be provided.
Clean down service for the kitchen on the evening.
Cuisine and any dietary requirements must be pre-determined prior to each event through liaison with the Promoter’s appointed agency, Cloud Nine Incentives.
All ingredients are provided with certain exclusions including specific high-cost ingredients such as foie gras, oysters, caviar, lobster, certain cuts of beef and truffles. Additional items may be excluded due to seasonal produce.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are not included.
Usage of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware and tableware to be provided by the winner. Hire of equipment can be arranged but may incur a surcharge, payable by the winner.
The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable. No alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, or part of the prize, to a similar prize of equal or greater value.
The at home Private Chef Experience is valid until 20th December 2025 latest excluding all UK bank holidays, Easter (18/04/2025 - 21/04/2025) and Christmas (24/12/2025 - 26/12/2025).
All locations and dates are subject to availability.
Experiences will be subject to chef availability at the date of booking the experience. The winner should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred dates for taking the experience.
The at home Private Chef Experience must be completed within the timeframe stated within the promotional Terms and Condition. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.
The Promoter or Cloud Nine will accept no responsibility for services being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
All experience arrangements offered are at the discretion of Cloud Nine and the Promoter.
Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by suppliers and will be payable by the prize winner.
There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for, and must comply with, any health and safety regulations/advice stated by the chef on the day.

Daily / Weekly and Final Prize Draw information
Daily
All valid entrants will, upon entering a daily draw receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the relevant daily cash prize draw.
Winners will be informed via email within two (2) working days of the relevant daily cash prize draw taking place which will be the next working day (Friday / Saturday & Sunday draws will take place on the following Monday, unless a Bank Holiday when it will take place on a Tuesday). In this winning email winners will be informed that they have won a cash prize from their respective daily draw. Winners will need to provide information via a secure link, which will include verification of the purchase and proof of ID including age (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the winner’s date of birth) and a process to securely transfer the winners’ bank details to allow for the receiving of the prize. All valid entries will have an equal and random chance of winning across the daily prize draws which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process for each of the daily prize draws.
Weekly (UK, IoM & CI)
All UK, IoM & CI daily entries will also be automatically entered into the relevant, next available weekly draw.
These weekly draws will take place via an independent third party on the Monday following the previous week’s entries (Tuesday to Sunday first week, Monday to Sunday all other weeks), except when a Bank Holiday when the draw will take place on a Tuesday. A winner will be redrawn if they have previously won a weekly prize.
Winners will be contacted on the email address that they used to enter the promotion as soon as possible but within two (2) working days of each weekly draw taking place and will be asked to follow the instructions provided to verify their win and organise fulfilment of their prize. Winners of a Private Chef Experience will need to provide information via a secure link, which will include verification of the purchase and proof of ID including age (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the winner’s date of birth) and their home address for fulfilment of the prize and the purpose of the winners’ list if no objection is received.
Final (ROI)
All ROI daily entries will also be automatically entered into the final draw.
This final draw will take place within two (2) working days of the closing date.
Winners will be contacted on the email address that they used to enter the promotion as soon as possible but within two (2) working days of each draw taking place and will be asked to follow the instructions provided to verify their win and organise fulfilment of their prize. Winners of a Private Chef Experience will need to provide information via a secure link, which will include verification of the purchase and proof of ID including age (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the winner’s date of birth) and their home address for fulfilment of the prize and the purpose of the winners’ list if no objection is received.
Winner notification
A winner will be void if they have previously won the same prize from the relevant draw type.
Winners will be subject to a full verification process.
All winners will be asked to follow the instructions within the email for verification and to claim their prize.
Please retain winner communication until any prize has been verified.
All prize draw winners will be notified of their win via the email address provided on entry, to confirm the claim process. If a winner has entered multiple times, the Promoter reserves the right to request receipts for all entries.
For the Cash prizes: the winners only, will be notified of their win via the email provided upon entry, giving details of the claim process and a process to securely transfer the winners’ bank details to allow for the receiving of the prize. The email will be sent within 48 hours of the daily draw. Winners will have 14 days from the email date to claim their prize. There will be a request for further information such as proof of ID /bank details, together with proof of purchase as detailed above. On receipt of the relevant bank details, the cash prize will be transferred via BACS. Any prize left unclaimed after 14 days will be re-allocated to the Mop Up draw.
Once verified, all winners will receive information confirming all the details to allow the BACS transfer to occur. All prizes will be delivered by BACS within 28 days of valid claim and the completion of the verification process.
Private Chef prizes: Winners will be sent an email asking them to provide the information outlined in clause 51. Once winners have been validated, their details will be provided to the Private Chef Experience fulfilment team whose Privacy Policy can be found at https://www.uponcloudnine.co.uk/privacy.html. The fulfilment team will then be in touch to arrange suitable dates and times for the experience to be taken, all dates and times are subject to availability.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited.
For the daily cash prize winners, no reminder emails will be sent out.
For the Private Chef Experience prizes, two (2) reminder emails will be sent out to winners. In the event that any Private Chef Experience winner is ineligible, a winner does not claim their prize within the stated claim period (14 days), rejects their prize or is disqualified from the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw their prize which will be forfeited. A reserve for the Private Chef experience prize will be drawn next in line from the original applicable draw. If after attempts to contact the initial winner and the 2 reserves, the Private Chef Experience prize is not successfully claimed then the Promoter reserves the right to include it in any subsequent draw or the Mop-Up draw. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account in case they are a winner.
For any remaining prizes not won or any prizes that remain unclaimed following the close of the main promotional period the Promoter reserves the right to add into the mop-up draw.
Mop UP Prize Draw
A Mop Up Prize Draw for 1 x £/€5 cash prize and any unclaimed winners will take place from all valid entries received between 00:01 on 11/08/2025–to 23:59 on 11/09/2025. Winners will be drawn via an independently verified computer process on 12/09/2025 and must follow the same claim process as for daily prizes described above. Any winners of reallocated Private Chef Experience prizes must follow the same claim process as for weekly prizes described above. If any prize is not claimed, as described in the relevant claim process, the Promoter reserves the right to contact reserve winners (up to two) to fulfil any prizes not claimed. If this process is not successful in contacting reserve winners after two (2) reasonable attempts to do so, then any remaining prizes not won (or any prizes that remain unclaimed) will be declared null and void.
General
The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding.
Proof of entry is not proof of purchase. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed, nor any associated costs to entrants.
Winners will be subject to a full verification process. Winners will be asked to provide a copy of each relevant proof of purchase dated prior to date of entry and showing the date of purchase either prior to the promotional period to reflect the fact that some promotional stock has reached the marketplace early, or during the promotional period for each entry as proof of a valid entry in order to verify their claim. If more than one entry has been received, the Promoter reserves the right to request all related proofs of purchase.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated herein and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the user does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the user and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the prize or part of the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winning participant.
All entrants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid, and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
Any incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, or for any faulty, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions;
Any communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the microsite or any combination thereof.
Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God) the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address, purchase and identity details including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification that clearly states the winner’s date of birth) which they must provide within seven (7) calendar days or less as requested in the communication and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
Subject to Nestlé Purina UK Privacy Policy, the surnames and counties of residence of all winners of the prizes from all the weekly draws will be available by sending an email request to consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with ‘Gourmet On Pack Promotion’ in the subject line, for a period of three (3) months following the end of the main promotion period. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé’s Purina UK Privacy Policy. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
By taking part in the promotion the prize winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winner(s) are not obliged to agree to any such requests.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country but any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.

Data Protection
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surnames and counties of residence of verified weekly prize winners will be made available as set out in the relevant clause above and winners can object to this by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable, details will be kept for a period of three (3) months after the end of each promotional period and then securely deleted with the exception of Private Chef Experience prize winners whose data will be deleted on completion of their experience.
