These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
1. The PURINA ONE Cat Food Meta Lead Ad promotion is only open to those UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over have accessed and entered via Meta Lead Ads.
2. Employees and the immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the administration to the promotion are excluded from the promotion.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion. Internet access and registration required.
4. The Meta Leads Ad prize draw is only open for participation to individuals have viewed and engaged with the Meta Lead Ad inviting them to take part in the prize draw.
5. Entry into the promotional prize draw will only occur when the form is completed.
6. Maximum one (1) entry per person.
7. All entries on the form for the prize draw must be submitted by the entrant in a personal capacity on their own behalf. Entries (bulk or otherwise) submitted via third parties, agents, organised groups, syndicates, aliases or in bulk are prohibited and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize if they reasonably suspect that an entry was submitted by any such means. Any person trying to circumvent the entry process by any method (e.g., by using multiple names, phones, address, or IP) will be disqualified (along with their household and any other associated entries) for the duration of the promotion.
Promotional Period
8. The form will be available for completion during the promotional period: between 07.09.26 and 23:59 on 18.10.26. All those who complete the form correctly within these stated dates and to the acceptable standards will be included in the prize draw for a chance to win the stated prize.
9. All valid completed forms received during the promotional period will be entered into the prize draw and will have the same chance of winning. Entries completed before or after the promotional period will not be accepted.
10. The draw for the prize will take place within one (1) working day of the promotional closing date.
How to Enter
11. To take part in the Meta Leads Ads prize draw participants must:
a. Click the Meta Leads Ad inviting them to complete an entry form.
b. Complete the form with their first name, last name and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion) and confirm that they are 18+ and have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
c. Participants may choose to tick the Opt-in box to receive future marketing communications from the Promoter (optional only).
d. Entrants will receive confirmation that they have been entered into the prize draw via an on-screen message.
12. Only valid entry information will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. In this event, the person's entry will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void. Any malicious or manipulative attempts to influence the prize draw will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Promoter. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent, or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to fulfil the prizes.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless the Promoter (in its sole discretion) is satisfied with the verification. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters.
14. Invalid, incomprehensible, obscene, provocative, or otherwise questionable details in the form will be disregarded and users disqualified without notice. The Promoter retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
15. There is a maximum of one (1) prize per person to be won with 150 prizes available in total (100 prizes for entrants from UK, CI & IoM and 50 prizes for entrants from ROI) .
The Prize
One of each of the following items:
• One (1) PURINA ONE Adult Chicken and Beef 8 x 85g wet cat food
• One (1) 3kg PURINA ONE Chicken dry cat food.
• N.B. These prizes are not suitable for Kittens. Prizes will be awarded for Adult Cats only.
• This is based on the Purina guidelines and calculated for an average 4kg cat. Always check feeding guidelines on pack or visit https://www.purina.co.uk/portion-calculator.
• The product will be delivered in a single shipment to an address agreed with the winner(s) where the items can be signed for by the winner(s) or their nominated deputy.
• No cash or other alternative will be available in lieu of the stated prize.
The winner(s) will be contacted via email within seven (7) working days of the draw taking place to advise them they have won and next steps.
Winner(s) Selection and notification
16. The Prize Draw will take place using an independently verified prize draw random computer process.
17. The first 150 valid entries drawn at random from all qualifying entries received by 23:59 on 18.10.26 will be deemed the winner(s). The winner(s) only, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within seven (7) working days of the prize draw taking place.
18. The winner(s) will be subject to a verification process, providing and confirming relevant personal information which must be completed by email initially to allow the claim process to start. During this claims process, once verified, the winner(s) will receive a further confirmation email informing them that they will receive communication to discuss various aspects relevant to their prize which will be with them within 14 working days of the date of verification. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
19. The prize is strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the winner(s).
20. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner(s) and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Up to three (3) reminder emails will be sent to the winner(s). If no response is received after three (3) reminders and seven (7) working days the Promoter will deem that the prize is unwanted and it will be withdrawn. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If any winner has not responded to notifications after seven (7) working days, or if any selected winner is ineligible, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement from the original winner and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the prize draw. The winner(s) should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. The reserve winner(s) contacting process will continue for two (2) reserves to endeavour to contact for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner including their Junk and Spam folders.
The prize will be fulfilled following discussions with the winner(s).
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
General
22. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, the form completed and to block user accounts without warning, to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
23. Subject to the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be viewed at https://www.purina.co.uk/privacy, the surname and county of the verified winner(s) will be available upon request by sending an email to: consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘WINNER(S)’S LIST: PURINA ONE META PRIZE DRAW’, for a period of 90 days following the end of the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with privacy policy as stated above. If any winner(s) objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing UKI.dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘PURINA ONE META PRIZE DRAW’. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
24. By taking part in the promotion, the winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities relating to the promotion. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrant’s name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winners are not obliged to agree to any such request.
25. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.
26. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
27. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
28. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
29. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
30. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
1.1. Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.
1.2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
1.3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
1.4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.
31. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
32. The promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participants’ local courts.
33. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surname and county of verified winner(s) will be made available as set out above and winner(s) can object to this by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted 90 days after the promotional end date with the exception of the winner(s)(s) and reserve(s) whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of the prize.
