Winalot Prize Draw: Enter for a Chance to Win a Set Visit to All Creatures Great and Small Terms and Conditions
1 THE PROMOTER
The Promoter is Nestlé Purina UK Commercial Operations Limited, Nestlé House, Haxby Road, York YO31 8TA (“Promoter”).
The Prize is provided to the Promoter by Viacom International Media Networks U.K. Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 10344647 and with its registered office at 17-29 Hawley Crescent, London NW1 8TT (“Viacom”)
2 THE PRIZE DRAW
2.1. The title of the Prize Draw is “Enter for a chance to win a set visit to All Creatures Great and Small”
2.2. The promotional period will begin at 10:00 hours on 14 September 2026 and will end at 23:59 hours on Sunday 31 December 2027 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
2.3 No purchase necessary.
3 ELIGIBILITY / WHO CAN ENTER
3.1 The promotion is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, aged 18 years or over only, excluding:
(a) employees of the Promoter, “Viacom”, or their holding or subsidiary companies.
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, “Viacom” or their holding or subsidiary companies (including the show producer), who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration.
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4 HOW TO ENTER
4.1. To enter the promotion the Entrant must submit their details by entering directly via https://www.purina.co.uk/brands/winalot/2026-competition
4.2. Entrants must select the ‘I agree’ to terms and conditions tick box. Entrants will be required to agree to and comply with any terms and conditions of entry to the promotion as communicated by the Promoter and “Viacom”.
4.3. Maximum of one (1) entry per person, for the entirety of the promotional period. Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule will be disqualified.
4.4. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
4.5. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected form details will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for sign-ups delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
5. SELECTION
5.1 Following the Closing Date, Promoter will select at random one (1) winner using an independent third-party computer process.
5.2 The Winner will be contacted by Promoter, or their nominated agent, for confirmation of compliance with the Eligibility Criteria and availability on the dates required. Failure to comply with any Entry Criteria, or failure to confirm availability on the dates required, may result in the prize entitlement being withdrawn, and a reserve winner selected using the same method as the original winner.
5.3 Entrants must be contactable by phone and/or email within fourteen (14) days following the Closing Date. It is the responsibility of Entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. It is the responsibility of the Entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when signing up and on acceptance of the Prize.
5.4 If selected as the winner, the entrant must be available to travel to the programme set and/or location, details of which will be confirmed (“Filming Location”) on such date(s) as notified to the winner by the Promoter.
5.5. The winner must comply with any instructions and/or directions as given to them by the Promoter, “Viacom”, or their respective agents or suppliers (including show producer) in conformity with on-set protocols and procedures and all applicable rules, laws, regulations and guidelines.
6. PRIZE
6.1 The winner will be invited to attend the set of (a) All Creatures Great and Small, or in the event that (a) is not available, (b) another Viacom/Channel 5 show shooting in Yorkshire at the time the Prize is fulfilled as determined by “Viacom” at its sole discretion (“Prize”). The Filming shall take place on a date to be determined between the Promoter, “Viacom” and the winner (“Filming Date”), save that the Prize must be undertaken by 31 December 2027.
6.2 The Prize is for one (1) winner and their one (1) guest, consisting of the following:
“Step straight into the world of All Creatures Great and Small with a three-night stay in the 4* hotel in Harrogate, Yorkshire that lets you witness filming as it happens. Wake to a hearty breakfast before heading out to the real-life set, where you can watch the cast and crew bring the beloved series to life. After soaking up the magic, return to your cosy retreat for a delicious evening meal. This getaway blends on-set excitement, countryside charm and a touch of natural wonder into a truly unforgettable escape.”
6.3 Three (3) nights for two adults sharing a standard room at a 4* hotel in Harrogate, Yorkshire (the “Hotel”) inclusive of Breakfast.
6.4 Three (3) course evening meal at a nearby restaurant / pub including a bottle of house wine to share for two adults on one evening only.
6.5 Private return transfers – Hotel / Filming Location(s).
6.6 Set visit.
6.7 Entrance to the James Herriot Museum in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 1PL.
6.8 A travel allowance of up to £250 (two hundred and fifty pound sterling) for two adults to make their way to and from Hotel.
6.9 Filming date and Filming Location remain to be confirmed and will be dependent on filming schedules. Please note that only the set visit is included in the prize and the winner is not required/permitted to be in any scenes.
7 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, “Viacom”, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the Prize and/or the use of the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8 DATA PROTECTION
8.1. By entering the promotion, participants agree that any personal information provided may be held and used by the Promoter, its agents, or suppliers to administer this promotion only (including by “Viacom” for the administration of the Prize). Personal data will only be used for marketing purposes where the entrant has separately opted in to receive such communications. Participants can opt out at any time, by contacting: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com upon which your details will be deleted from our system.

8.3. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. By participating in the Prize Draw, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
9 GENERAL
9.1. Subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.purina.co.uk/privacy, the Promoter will make available the winner’s surname and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details by sending an email request to: consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘WINNER’S LIST: WINALOT ALL CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL PRIZE DRAW 2026’, for a period of 90 days following the end of the promotion. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé Purina’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. If the winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘WINALOT ALL CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL PRIZE DRAW WINNER’S LIST’. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
9.2. By taking part in the promotion, the winner agrees that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities/PR relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winner is not obliged to agree to any such request.
9.3. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the promotional process or spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any Entrant from participating in the promotion and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement.
9.4. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the Prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to Entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
9.5. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to Entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
