TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
1. The promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Channel Islands and Isle of Man who are Pets at Home customers only.
2. Employees (and their immediate families) of Nestlé Purina UK Commercial Operations Ltd (“the Promoter”), their affiliates, associated entities, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
3. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
4. A purchase of any participating FELIX product from Pets at Home is necessary. See below for full list of participating products.
5. Smart/mobile phone with QR code reading capability and internet access required.
6. Entry is only valid via the Purina website.
7. Participants will be required to register/submit their personal details on the entry form and upload receipt(s) showing each qualifying purchase to be included in the prize draw. Required details include first name, last name and a valid email address.
8. There is no limitation to the number of entries during the promotion, provided that each entry is supported by a new, unique purchase either itemised on a single receipt or across separate receipts showing the purchase of the qualifying product(s) from Pets at Home made during the stated promotional period. Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions by using alternative details, will be disqualified from this promotion.
9. Maximum of one (1) win per person and maximum of one (1) win per household throughout the duration of the promotion. The prize will be in the form of a £50 Pets at Home gift voucher which will be sent to the winners to the email address used to enter the prize draw. The Pets at Home gift vouchers can only be redeemed in Pets at Home stores and are not valid for use online.
10. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programmes, applications, scripts, alias accounts, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s claim(s) will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered by an independent third-party auditor on behalf of the promoter.
Promotional period
11. This promotion opens at 00:01 on 26.08.26 and closes at 23:59 on 30.11.26.
12. Entries submitted outside of these time periods will not be included in the prize draw.
13. There is no restriction on the number of entries, provided that each entry is accompanied by a separate unique purchase, either itemised on a single receipt or on separate receipts from Pets at Home, dated within the promotional period. In the event of multiple receipts, each of these multiple receipts will have to be verified if the participant wins a prize. Anyone in breach of this condition will be disqualified. A maximum of one (1) prize may be won per person. A maximum of one (1) prize may be won per household.

15. The Promoter does not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications.
16. Participants are advised to take care when entering their details. The Promoter is not responsible for typographical errors and incorrect details entered. Only correct entries that have followed the instructions and guidelines will be accepted. Attempted additional entries will not be included in the prize draws. Persistent abuse will result in immediate disqualification without notification.
17. All entries are subject to verification. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to request further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry.
18. Illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
19. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
Prize Details
20. There is a total of 100 x £50 Pets at Home vouchers available to be won across the entire promotional period. All winners will be drawn at the close of the promotion and all prizes will be despatched within 28 days of a valid prize claim to the email address used to enter the prize draw.
b. Once sent via email to the winner the voucher is active and ready to be used as full or partial payment for any goods in all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands Pets at Home physical stores only and cannot be used for online purchases.
c. No change or refunds will be given but any balance remaining on the digital voucher may be used for further transactions up until the expiry date on the email. Where goods purchased with the digital voucher are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price, at the discretion of Pets at Home this may be applied to a secondary gift card.
d. Please treat the digital voucher as if it were cash. As the issuer does not hold any personal information about a digital voucher customer, the balance cannot be returned to the holder.
e. The digital delivered voucher is not redeemable for cash.
f. Pets at Home cannot be held liable for digital voucher contents, once activated which are subsequently mis-used.
g. Pets at Home reserve the right to amend their terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonable considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the digital voucher service, notify of service withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.

21. Prizes are non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term could have their digital voucher cancelled. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.
22. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
23. Winners acknowledge that in accepting any prize, they agree to the Terms and Conditions set out here.
Winner Selection and Notification
24. All valid entries received and the respective purchases confirmed within the promotional period will be entered into the prize draw for the chance to win one of the 100 available prizes. No one person may win more than one prize, and a household cannot win more than one prize.
25. The first 100 valid entries drawn at random will be deemed the winners (plus reserves will be drawn as back up). This operation will be carried out using an independently verified computer process within two (2) working days following the promotional closing date from all genuine, valid entries received into the promotion.
26. The winners will be notified via email within two (2) working days of the draw taking place, giving instructions for the next steps of the claims process. The winners will have five (5) days to claim their prize from first contact. The Promotor will request confirmation of the winners’ personal details via a secure link including: their name, email address, full address and proof of age (passport, driving license or equivalent) to assist with verification of a genuine entry and therefore the fulfilment of their prize.
27. Inaccurate information may result in a prize being forfeited. Winners should retain their winning communication until any prize has been verified and supplied. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner, including checking their Spam and Junk folders.
28. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. If a potential winner has not responded to notifications after 14 days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and reallocate the prize to the reserve drawn next in line in the original draw. If the reserve does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be withdrawn and removed from the promotion. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account including Junk and Spam folders during this time in case they are a winner.
29. In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is unable to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
30. The prizes will be fulfilled via email, and all prizes will be fulfilled in conjunction with Pets at Home, who will have received securely the winners’ details from a verified independent third party. Prizes will be sent out in a timely manner within 28 days of the initial winner notification. Winners who have not responded to the winner notification within the stated timeframe as set out above may be at risk of forfeiting their prize or their prize. In such an event no other alternative will be available in lieu of the stated prize.
31. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
General Information
32. The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and, therefore, eligible to take part in the promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding with regards to all promotional matters.
33. The Promoter is not responsible for the act or defaults of third-party suppliers but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
34. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
b. Any unauthorised access to entry details at any point in the operation of this promotion.
c. Any difficulties in entering or claiming, any entries/claims delayed or corrupted or any loss arising out of such an event;
d. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
35. If, for any other reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable or running as planned, including by reasons of infection by system virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion or invalidate any entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
36. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to
asking for proof of address and identity details (passport, driving license or equivalent), which they must provide within five (5) working days and to refuse to award a prize, or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding. It will not respond to any correspondence.
37. By taking part in the promotion, the winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities/PR relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winners are not obliged to agree to any such requests.
38. Subject to the Promoter’s Privacy policy the winners’ surnames and counties of residence will be available by sending an email request to: consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with ‘WINNERS LIST: Nestlé Purina Felix Pets at Home WIN 2026’ in the subject line, for a period of 90 days following the closing date. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé Purina Privacy Policy available at https://www.purina.co.uk/privacy . The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. If any winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing UKI.dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘Nestlé Purina Felix Pets at Home WIN 2026’. The Promoter nevertheless will disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
39. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
40. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
41. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.
Data Protection
42. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent / you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surnames and counties of residence of verified winners will be made available as set out in the relevant clause above and winners can object to this by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable (https://www.purina.co.uk/privacy) for the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. You can request access to your personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending an email to UKI@Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted 90 days after the promotional period, with the exception of the winners and reserves whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of the prize.
