PURINA OCEAN RESTORATION PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy for the applicable platform and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- The promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), aged 18 or over only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Nestlé Purina UK Commercial Operations Ltd, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. To enter, participants must:
Attend The Oyster Bar at 5–7 Grape Street, London, WC2H 8DW on either 28, 29 or 30 April 2026; Scan the QR code displayed at the event; and complete and submit the online entry form with their full name and a valid email address.
No purchase is necessary.
A maximum of one (1) entry per person is permitted throughout the duration of the event.
3. The promotion opens at 10:00 on 28 April 2026 and closes at 13:00 on 30 April 2026. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.
4. Closing date for entry is 23:59 on 30 April 2026. The promotion can only be accessed via the link from the QR code at the event. No other entry method will be available.
5. There is one (1) top prize available to be won consisting of a dog friendly getaway. The prize includes:
A dog-friendly getaway at The Victora at Holkham in Norfolk (up to a maximum value of £1,000).
The prize:
- A £1,000 voucher for The Victoria at Holkham, Holkham, Wells-Next-the-Sea, Norfolk, NR12 1RG which can be used against accommodation and in the restaurant, and across more than one stay if preferred.
- Must be booked and taken within 23 months of prize fulfilment (by end of April 2027).
- Is subject to availability and blackout dates (including, but not limited, to bank holidays, Christmas and peak periods).
The prize does not include:
- Travel to and from the hotel.
- Travel insurance
- The prize is subject to the hotel’s own terms and conditions and pet policies.
6. A maximum of one (1) top prize is available to be won in total during the promotional period. Entrants will be required to provide their full name and a valid email address. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, using alternative details, setting up multiple accounts or using multiple identities, or otherwise acting in a manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade customers, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted.
7. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random by an independent third party as outlined above. The draw will take place within five (5) working days of the closing date. The email will notify the winner that they have won, confirm their prize and give details of next steps to arrange delivery of their prize which may include providing ID and proof of address. This claim process will involve providing personal details (including proof of age and address) to verify that the win is genuine and valid.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery of the winner notification due to provision of incorrect contact details by entrants. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner to receive the prize using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions. Participants are encouraged to monitor their email, including Spam and Junk folders in case they are the winner.
9. Whilst all reasonable steps will be taken to contact the winner(s), if this cannot be achieved within 14 days and after three (3) attempts, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve winner who will be drawn at the same time as the original winner(s). If the reserve winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified and after three (3) attempts, the prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the prize removed from the promotion. On completion of the validation process, the Promoter (or their nominated agent) will contact the winner to make arrangements to book their prize. . The winner will need to confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of the original notification. Failure to do so may result in the prize becoming void. In such an event, no cash or other alternative, in whole or part, will be available. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time, including checking their Junk and Spam folders, in case they are the winner.
10. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
11. The Promoter cannot be responsible for entries that fail to register, are delayed or incomplete, or indeed for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay entry.
12. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
13. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered except in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
14. The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winner(s) and to refuse to award the prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
17. By taking part in the promotion, the winner agrees that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities/PR relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winner is not obliged to agree to any such request.
18. Subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.purina.com/privacy-policy, the surname and county of the verified winner(s) will be available upon request by sending an email to: consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line “WINNER’S LIST: PURINA OCEAN RESTORATION LONDON EVENT PRIZE DRAW” for a period of 90 days following the end of the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. If the winner(s) objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line “WINNER’S LIST: PURINA OCEAN RESTRORATION LONDON EVENT PRIZE DRAW”. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
19. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications or prize PR. As part of this promotion, if you are not opted-in into our general marketing email, you may still receive emails/messages for this promotion only to let you know if you have won and to make arrangements for your prize delivery. The surname and county of the verified winner will be made available as set out in paragraph 25 above and any winner can object to this by emailing: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded and the winner(s) accepted their prize. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted after 90 days of the promotional end date with the exception of the winner(s) and reserve(s) whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of the prize.
20. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
21. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participants’ local courts.
22. The decision of the Promoter in all matters connected to this draw is final and binding.
23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with the prize suppliers.
