The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion,   
participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms   
and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of   
their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being   
held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)   
and Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility 


1. This promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and   
Northern Ireland), Isle of Man and Channel Islands residents aged 18+ only.  

2. This promotion excludes employees and the immediate families of Nestlé   
Purina UK (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, agents, or anyone else   
professionally connected to the promotion.  

3. A smart phone and Internet access is required.   

4. Purchase necessary. Please retain proof of purchase showing date of purchase   
during the Promotional Period and prior to entry  

5. Participants will be required to submit their personal details on the entry form   
to be included in the prize draw. Required details include first name, last name,   
country, county and a valid email address.   

6. Maximum one (1) entry, per person per day, and each entry needs to be linked   
to a new unique purchase of a participating product and receipt. Anyone trying   
to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions by using 
alternative details, will be disqualified from this promotion.  

7. Maximum of one (1) daily prize win and one (1) weekly prize win per person   
throughout the duration of the promotion.


8. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third   
parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a   
participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example,   
the use of programmes, applications, scripts, alias accounts, brute force or any   
other automated means, that person’s claim(s) will be disqualified, and any prize   
awarded will be void.  

9. Each entry to the promotion must have a unique receipt showing the purchase   
of a participating product made during the stated promotional period as part of   
the entry requirements. Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these   
Terms and Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this   
promotion.  

Promotional timings  

10. The main Promotional Period for the promotion will run between 00.01 on   
03.06.26 and 23.59 on 29.09.26 with daily draws each day.

11. Entry into the daily draws will automatically result in entry into the next   
available weekly draw. Promotional weekly draws will occur on the following   
dates with entry dates as highlighted:  
a. Draw 1 period begins from 00:01 on 03.06.2026 and runs to 23:59 on   
09.06.2026.  
b. Then ongoing from 00:00 on Wednesday of the relevant week through to   
23:59 on Tuesday of the relevant week i.e. Draw 2 period – 10.06.2026 –   
16.06.2026 through to Draw 17 period 23.09.2026 to 29.09.2026.  
12. A Mop Up period runs from 30/09/2026 – 30/10/2026.   

13. Any entries received outside the stated promotional periods (daily, weekly or   
mop-up) will not be accepted and entries, depending on the time of entry, will   
not be carried forward from one daily draw to another daily draw or one weekly   
draw to another.  

14. All entries will upon entering the daily draws receive an onscreen message   
confirming entry into the relevant daily draw and confirmation that they have   
been entered into the next weekly draw.  

Entry requirements  

15. To enter a prize draw for the chance to win, participants must:
a. Purchase a participating pack of Purina GOURMET instore or online, subject   
to availability, whilst stocks last (see clause below for participating products)   
during the Promotional Period.  
b. Scan the QR code on any promotional content or visit   
https://www.purina.co.uk/gourmetwin.  
c. Enter their full name, country of residence, county, a valid email address,   
and agree to the Terms and Conditions to enter.  
d. After completing all the necessary information details, participants click on   
‘Submit’ to enter the prize draw.   
e. Retain receipt. The proof of purchase details must be unique, clearly indicate   
the participating product purchased and be dated within the Promotional   
Period.  
f. Entrants will then be entered into the relevant daily prize draw (with auto   
entry into the next relevant weekly draw) and will be notified, by email,   
within two (2) working days of the relevant prize draw taking place if they are   
a winner.  

16. Participants are advised to take care when entering their details. The Promoter   
is not responsible for typographical errors and incorrect details entered. Only   
correct entries that have followed the instructions and guidelines will be   
accepted. Attempted additional entries beyond the daily limit will not be   
included in the prize draws. Persistent abuse will result in immediate   
disqualification without notification.   

17. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries, entries received outside any   
promotional period, entries by macros or other automated means (including   
systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy   
the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and   
will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a   
computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’,   
‘brute force’, masking their identity by using multiple IP addresses, using   
identities other than their own, the use of programme, alias or multiple   
accounts or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s   
entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the   
Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be   
void. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter   
takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical 
reasons or otherwise. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will   
be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

Prize Details   

19. The following prizes are available to be won in the promotion:  

Daily Draws  

20. For each of the 119 days of daily draws there will be one (1) £50 Virgin   
Experience Days Voucher. 


Weekly Draws  
21. For each of the 17 weekly draws there will be one (1) £500 Virgin Experience   
Days Voucher.  

Mop Up Draw  

22. There will be one (1) £50 Virgin Experience Days Voucher.  

23. Vouchers are from Virgin Experience Days. No cash or other alternative available.   
Vouchers are subject to the issuer’s own terms and conditions of use. Further 
details can be found at https://www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/terms-and-
conditions. The gift card will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. No   
cash or other alternative in the event that the gift card is not used by the expiry   
date.  

24. Vouchers are available for use for various Experiences. Vouchers are intended to   
be spent on the Dining Experience provided however can be used amongst   
ranges of other activities which are subject to availability.  

25. All options and dates are subject to availability.   

26. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within the   
promotional terms Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed   
unless first authorised by the promotional agent.   

27. Neither the Promoter or prize provider will accept responsibility for any   
experiences being withdrawn or amended, which is outside their control.   

28. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.  

29. The winner and their guest are responsible for complying with all health, safety,   
limitations in order to take their chosen experience. Localised waivers may be   
required by individual suppliers.   

30. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from home   
to the experience location.  

31. The organiser is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages arising   
from the acceptance or use of the prize.

Winner Selection and notification  

Daily Draws
32. All valid entrants will, upon entering a daily draw receive an onscreen message   
confirming their entry into the relevant daily prize draw.   

33. Winners will be informed via email within two (2) working days of the relevant   
prize draw taking place which will be the next working day (Friday/Saturday &   
Sunday draws will take place on the following Monday, unless a Bank Holiday   
when it will take place on a Tuesday). In this winning email winners will be   
informed that they have won a prize from their respective daily draw. All valid   
entries will have an equal and random chance of winning across the relevant   
prize draws which will be carried out via an independently verified computer   
programme process for each of the daily prize draws. 


34. Only valid entry information will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right   
to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is   
subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or   
exchanged.   

35. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather   
information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the   
entry/win.  

Weekly Draws  
36. All daily entries will also be automatically entered into the relevant, next   
available weekly draw.  

37. These weekly draws will take place on the Wednesday following the previous   
week’s entries (Wednesday to Tuesday).  

Mop Up Prize draw  
38. All valid entries received between 30/09/2026 and 30/10/2026 will be entered   
into a Mop-Up draw which will take place on 02/11/2026.  

39. All winners will be notified of their win within two (2) working days of each draw   
taking place via the email address provided on entry, to confirm the claim   
process.  

40. The Promoter will request confirmation of the winners’ personal details via a   
secure link including: their name, email address and proof of age to assist with   
verification and fulfilment of their prize.   

41. Winners will have 14 days from the email date to claim their prize.

42. Inaccurate information may result in a prize being forfeited. Winners should   
retain their winning communication until any prize has been verified and   
supplied. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this   
time in case they are a winner, including checking their Spam and Junk folders.   

43. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then   
after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment   
of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. If a potential winner has not   
responded to notifications after fourteen (14) days or if a selected winner is   
ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take   
up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw   
the prize and reallocate the prize to the reserve drawn next in line in the original   
draw. If the reserve does not respond within fourteen (14) days, the prize will be   
withdrawn and removed from the promotion. Any prizes that have not been   
claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the   
promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account including   
Junk and Spam folders during this time in case they are a winner.  

44. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to the provision of   
incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed   
unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits,   
using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.  

45. In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion,   
the Promoter is unable to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new   
email address.  

Prize fulfilment  

46. During the Main Promotional Period there will be 136 prizes available. During   
the Mop Up Period there will be one (1) prize available.  

47. During the Main Promotional Period, the prizes consist of 17 x £500 Virgin   
Experience Day Vouchers and 119 x £50 Virgin Experience Day Vouchers. During   
the Mop Up Period, the prize consists of one (1) £50 Virgin Experience Day   
Voucher that can be spent on any experiences at   
https://www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/.  

48. Vouchers will be provided within 14 days of prize validation.  

49. On successful verification and validation of the claim, the prize fulfilment   
partner “Cloud Nine” will contact winners using the email provided at entry 
confirming that digital vouchers have been despatched or will be sent within 72   
hours directly to the winners’ email address on receipt of the voucher a URL   
indicating potential selected experience days can be viewed and potentially   
used to book.  

50. Booking processes vary based on your chosen experience.   
i. Some allow direct booking with an integrated calendar.   
ii. For others, you’ll receive a booking telephone number or email to   
contact.   
iii. Offsite bookings conveniently link to the provider’s calendar.   
Most experiences are valid for 12 months from purchase and must be booked   
and taken within this time. Some deals may have shorter validity periods. See

General Information  

51. The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are   
genuine and, therefore, eligible to take part in the promotion. The Promoter’s   
decision is final and binding with regards to all promotional matters.  

52. Proof of entry is not proof of purchase. Responsibility cannot be accepted for   
entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed, nor any associated costs to entrants.  
53. Winners will be subject to a full verification process.  

54. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated herein and   
cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event   
for any reason the user does not take any element of the prize at the time   
stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by   
the user and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied   
in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed. If, due to   
unforeseen circumstances, the prize or part of the prize is not available, the   
Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole   
discretion, of equal or higher value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the   
Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winning participant.  

55. All entrants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal,   
valid, and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified   
information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be   
considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to   
invalidate the entry. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners 
failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery   
of their prize.  

56. Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to   
disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the   
operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the   
Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any   
manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

 
57. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as   
planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure,   
bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any   
other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the   
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion,   
the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the   
promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or   
circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter   
and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and   
Conditions including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather   
conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity,   
hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine,   
plague or other natural calamities and acts of God) the Promoter will not be   
liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will   
always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue   
disappointment.  

58. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally   
connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:  
i. Any incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, or for any faulty,   
erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions;  
ii. Any communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to   
any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers   
or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;   
iii. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the microsite or any   
combination thereof.  

59. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to   
asking for proof of address and identity details (passport, driving license or   
equivalent), which they must provide within seven (14) calendar days and to   
refuse to award a prize, or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further   
participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are   
reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and 
Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry   
requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in   
participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter   
will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding.   

60. Subject to Nestlé Purina UK Privacy Policy, the surnames and counties of   
residence of all winners of the prizes from all the weekly draws will be available   
by sending an email request to consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with ‘PURINA   
GOURMET Dining Experience 2026’ in the subject line, for a period of 90 day   
following the end of the main promotion period. When contacting this email   
address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé’s Purina UK Privacy   
Policy. If any winner objects to their information being published, then they can   
contact the Promoter by emailing UKI.dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the   
subject line ‘PURINA GOURMET Dining Experience 2026’. We may nevertheless   
disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do   
so. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.  

61. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for   
any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or   
loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or   
not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or   
accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded   
by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is   
limited to the minimum allowable by law.  

62. By taking part in the promotion the prize winners agree that the Promoter may   
contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities   
relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation,   
the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by   
entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the   
promotion. The winners are not obliged to agree to any such requests.  

63. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise   
unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and   
Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and   
effect.  

64. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of   
the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms   
and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s   
local courts.

Data Protection  

66. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration   
of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no   
other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future   
marketing communications. The surnames and counties of residence of verified   
weekly prize winners will be made available as set out in the relevant clause   
above and winners can object to this by   
emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details   
will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data   
Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable,   
details will be kept for a period of 90 days after the end of each promotional

You can request access to your personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or   
request deletion of personal data by sending an email   
to UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. By participating in the promotion, you   
agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw   
your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete   
personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded and the   
winners have accepted their prize.
