Felix Original Kitten is a complete meal, this means it does not need mixing with any other food. You simply pour it out of the pouch and that’s it. Just follow the feeding guide below with any irresistible flavour of your choice.
Each kitten is different, depending on their activity level and body condition, food amounts and/or time allowed to eat may need to be adjusted.
Serve at room temperature – always provide clean fresh drinking water for your kitten to drink.
Serve your kitten’s food in the same place every mealtime so they don’t get confused and don’t disturb them while they're eating.
FELIX Original Kitten is also suitable for pregnant or lactating queens as they also require energy-rich food to take care of their kittens-to-be.
During pregnancy, feed 41/2 to 5 pouch per day in at least 2 meals.
During lactation, feed 7 to 131/2 pouch per day in 4 meals or at will.
After 12 months, your kitten is now an adult and ready to enjoy the delicious range of Felix Adult recipes.
Reviews
I have noticed a big difference since switching to this food. My kittens enjoy all the variants, chicken, lamb, salmon and white fish and finish every meal with real enthusiasm.
What stood out to me is that their stool does not smell as strong compared to other wet foods, which suggests it is easier to digest. The texture is soft and smooth, ideal for small kittens and mixes easily with dry food when needed.
I have carefully examined the ingredients and compared them with those of other brands. Felix has a higher protein content, which supports healthy growth and keeps my kittens full of energy throughout the day. I have also noticed shinier coats and more playful behaviour since starting this food.
Overall, it is a balanced and reliable option that my kittens truly seem to enjoy every day.
This kitten food has gone dow so well... we found our cat was leaving a lot of her wet food when it is any other type but this one is gone in one sitting! She doesnt leave any at all and seems to really really enjoy it.
The only thing we have noticed is she seems to be a little windy!
Our kitten enjoyed trying felix wet food pouches and keeps “asking” for more which is a sign he likes it. As a personal preference he isn’t too kin on fish ones but that’s just him in general - strange for a kitty not to like fish, I know.
Both kittens loved this cat food, I have been trying them out on several different brands and this is definitely in their top 3,
Both kittens enjoyed the all various flavours and went back for seconds, they ate the actual chunks as well as the jelly, I think the small size pieces suited them well, I would expect the price point to be around £15 for a big 40 pouch box
