What should I do about damaged packaging?

We always try to ensure that your pet food reaches you in perfect condition, if you’ve experienced an issue, please let the team know.

We are sorry to hear you have experienced an issue with to your pet's food packaging.  

Before feeding the product to your pet, it’s best to contact our PetCare Team to share your experience.   

The following information will be helpful to our advisors:   

  • Name of product (if you have a multipack, please provide pack name and variety, ie Felix As Good As It Looks Ocean Feasts) 
  • Pack size 
  • Flavour affected  
  • Store name (where you bought it from)  
  • Batch code (include examples of batch code images here)  
  • Photographs (of product and proof of purchase if you have it)
