Border Terrier, 5 years old
My favourite thing about Bertie is...
He's a great mate who loves his walks, paddling in the sea and most of all lots of cuddles and toys to play with.
The biggest challenge with Bertie is...
Getting him to eat his special diet food as in April he had to have a cysteine stone gall bladder operation where the crystals and stones were removed. Happily he made a full recovery and is still my fur baby.
The most surprising thing about owning a Border Terrier is...
The way he can smile to get what he wants. The best sleeping position - lying on his back with all four legs in the air or shoving me on the edge of the bed to get comfortable.
What I wish I’d known about Border Terriers is...
They are the most loyal, loving and honest and very nosy dogs I know; just great. Always ready to help unpack the shopping!!
