He came from Dogs Trust .
My favourite thing about Pumpkin is...
He enjoys patrolling his home patch every day and always comes back for me when the rest of the family are ahead on a walk. He's a happy family member, enjoys adventures in the car, on the bus or train, wading through water, seems to skip everywhere in his own special way, enjoys the countryside fresh air, goes up hill, down dale and tolerates his household feline companions.
The biggest challenge with Pumpkin is...
Poor Pumpkin had an unhappy start in life being both hit & kicked along with living in the dark at times... hence his behaviour issues which Dogs Trust bravely, cautiously & compassionately worked on, to help him trust people, realise that life for him could be so much happier, enjoyable & much less stressful & unkind.
The most surprising thing about owning a Jack Russell Terrier is...
Their overwhelming zest for a fun-filled, happy, active and enjoyable life as a member of a loving family along with being a friend, companion & soulmate in the right environment.
What I wish I’d known about Jack Russell Terriers is...
Wanting to be on the go all the time, so full of endless energy!
