My favourite thing about Daisy is...
She loves sunbathing on her back, pulls funny faces and talks. She is very good and super gentle. She lives with 3 young children, 3 cats and is part of a small flock of chickens…. She thinks she is a chicken.
The biggest challenge with Daisy is...
She has a very strong prey drive, we have learned it’s best to keep her on the lead we have a 10m lead she does come back when called but if a dear pops out of the corn field she will be gone! She isn’t aggressive she just chases things and being a husky she can go for miles! She needs a lot of exercise and company if she doesn’t get what she needs she will dig lots of holes in the garden.
The most surprising thing about owning a Siberian Husky is...
How loving and gentle she is.
What I wish I’d known about Siberian Huskys is...
They like to dig holes.
