Get to know Princess Lola
Siberian Husky, 10 years old
My favourite thing about Princess Lola is...
Lola is very loving and loves cuddles, she likes to sit with her head on our knees. Lola rarely barks only when she’s playing. Lola likes to sit on the back of our settee looking out of the window, the only time we know if anyone’s coming our house, is when Lola perks her ears up and wags her tail, getting excited. Lola doesn’t like being cold, she likes to snuggle under blankets.
The biggest challenge with Princess Lola is...
Lola sheds her fur in summer, it’s everywhere, she gets brushed daily but her fur gets in to everything. Despite that we love Lola very much
The most surprising thing about owning a Siberian Husky is...
Huskies love extra long walks, They are great escape artists and can run for miles Huskies are very loving and enjoy lots of attention
What I wish I’d known about Siberian Huskys is...
The fur shedding.
Did you know?
The Siberian Husky was developed as a sled dog to carry light loads at high speeds over extremely long distances. During World War II, however, they turned their paw to being search and rescue dogs working with the U.S. military in the Arctic Circle.
