A complete dry cat food diet for the support of renal function in case of chronic renal insufficiency in adult cats. Formulated with restricted but high-quality proteins and low level of phosphorus to help slow the progression of chronic kidney disease. This diet has a great taste to satisfy renal patients with reduced appetite.
It is not suitable for cats that require a high protein or phosphorus intake, such as pregnant queens and growing kittens.

Chronic renal failure is one of the most common and important diseases in older cats. The risk of developing it in cats over ten years of age increases approximately 4-5 fold, and the risk in cats over 15 years of age increases approximately 20 fold. This diet have a great taste to satisfy renal patients with reduced appetite.
This is a veterinary diet for cats diagnosed with kidney disease – and should always be fed under vet supervision. It is not suitable for cats that require a high protein or phosphorus intake, such as pregnant queens and growing kittens.
It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use.
For each additional 1 kg of body weight, feed an additional ¼ of can per day when only wet food, and 15 g of dry food when only dry food fed.
Cats with chronic renal failure should be fed Feline NF St/Ox Renal Function for life.

A gradual transition to a new diet may be especially helpful in cats with CRF. Cats with CRF that remain inappetent or anorexic cats should be assessed for nausea and uraemic gastritis.
