Reviews
Our dog is quite a fussy eater, particularly for a Labrador, and she hasn’t been overly keen on this food unfortunately. She will eat it, but very slowly. The size and shape of the biscuits is good, and they seem to have a good crunch. The smell also isn’t too bad for dog food! The bag is a good size and the packaging is good quality. It would be better if it was resealable though, as at 14kg this will obviously take a while to get through (even with a big dog!) but the packaging doesn’t allow you to reseal it to keep it fresh. The chicken flavour is usually our dog’s favourite, but the nutritional content isn’t as good as other foods within a similar price range (protein content is less, fibre is below average and carbohydrate is higher). It’s a decent enough food for the price but I think the recipe could be improved to offer a better nutritional content. I don’t think I could recommend it purely based upon my dog’s reaction to it, but she IS quite picky!
Well I didn't expect to recieve such a big bag but was greatly appreciated, and my boy didn't complain either! Soon as it arrived he was sniffing around it so I opened it and give him a few kibbles and he took them straight away! Good sized kibbles and he definitely seemed to enjoy so when it was dinner time he dived straight it...I say dived well apparently this meal was to be enjoyed lying down haha but he did really enjoy these and I enjoyed giving them to him! Seemed like very good quality and packaging etc was good too!
I got this for my weimaraner as I've heard good things about this brand. He loves it, we use it for his meals as well as treats and it's good to know it's tailor maid as he's like an athlete that constantly on the go so, needed aomething for his mind too, to keep him healthy and happy.
My dog can be quite fussy when it comes to dry food and I usually have to mix with wet or raw food.
I decided to try this without mixing it and my dog really seemed to enjoy it. He ate it all without the need for me to mix it. I did add Salmon oil as I do this on a daily basis anyway.
The actual biscuit size is decent enough for my large breed dog who weighs 47kg.
So I would definitely recommend this food.
