Feeding guide
For an average senior cat (4kg), feed 3 pouches per day in at least 2 separate meals. The senior maintenance averages are based on moderately active cats at normal environmental temperatures. Individual needs vary and feeding should be adjusted as required to maintain your cat at a lean, healthy body weight. Serve at room temperature. Clean, fresh drinking water should always be available.

Having registered our cats, Bobby and Mia on the Purina website, I was delighted to be asked to trial a box of the Felix As Good As it Looks Senior Cat Food in Jelly. If I recall I opted for the fish selection. Now bear in mind Mia doesn't tend to eat cat food with fish in and Bobby although looking at his size, you would think he dined around the whole neighbourhood - both actually loved these sachets with their favourite being Sardine!
Now down to practicality - selling price in all honesty is currently average to good in the current climate. Our cats are both seniors and finding senior cat food on a supermarket shelf that is both affordable and palatable to them is difficult in our area, so having this available is a bonus.
Handling the package - these are easy to open and the contents have a formed jelly coating and have not melted in the sachet like some brands do, and did not disintegrate and leave bits in the sachet requiring a spoon to hook them out - the complete contents slid cleanly out in one go, the sachet could then easily be disposed of.
Out of the four flavours, the sardine seemed to be the favourite and I actually saw Bobby licking the bowl out one morning which is unusual. Last evening he was begging for food as we went to bed as he hadn't eaten the brand we put down for him - OK we relented and opened a sachet for him which he proceeded to eat straight from the packet!
In conclusion, Bobby has decided we WILL buy this food again and Mia agrees - the proof is in the eating and clean food bowls!
