Protein comes from a wide variety of ingredients; from animal sources, plants & grains, so even though we have increased the amount of a specific ingredient that we use (e.g. rehydrated beef/chicken), we are still using the same total meat and animal derivatives in the recipe. The protein levels in our recipes are above the advised FEDIAF minimum nutritional guidelines; 18% for Adults (Bakers has 21%) and 21% for growth/puppy (Bakers has 25%).
The protein content is the same as our previous recipes (e.g. for our Adult range, this is 21%).
