Feeding guide
The recommended period of use is initially up to 12 weeks but this diet is suitable for long-term use where appropriate. It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use. Clean, fresh drinking water should always be available.
Depending on the individual condition, a gradual introduction of the new diet over a few days is usually recommended. Feeding small quantities of food several times a day helps to optimise digestion and absorption.

I empathise with other reviewers regarding the change in texture, from easily manageable to sticky, wet dough-like which sticks to spoons and makes serving more difficult. The product is good and still appreciated by my dog, but has now become similar in texture as a different brand which I switched from after they did the same switch following a recipe change. This change, coupled with the prolonged out-of-stock experienced at the start of the year means I might as well switch back to my previous (cheaper, yet still effective) brand.
