Introducing Dexter

Dexter is the most loyal companion you could wish for. He is always by my side no matter where I go and he never wants to be away from me. I genuinely couldn’t loose the dog because he is never out of eyesight from me.

Dexter is challenging in several ways he gets over stimulated and doesn’t know how to control his difference energy’s whether that be anxiety, over excitement or aggression. When dexter gets any kind of strong emotion he explodes so it’s challenging to work with this

How goofy he is! You expect him to have a lot of energy which can make them reactive you expect them to be loyal and guard you. But I never expected him to fall over his gangly legs and run around the house carrying his favourite toys to me and rolling his head around my arms to get extra head tickles he really is a big goof ball

I wish I realised how reactive they can be because at times he really has difficult and I’ve wondered what the hell I am doing owning him. But once you understand them (it’s takes a while trust me) you really can make the most perfect partnership
