My favourite thing about Jimmy is...
He is such a happy boy, very chilled out in the house, never barks and happy to keep himself occupied. Loves a little snuggle, but mainly an excuse for us to let him up on the sofa before he moves slightly further to nap!
The biggest challenge with Jimmy is...
He is very very very high drive, constantly seeking to flush and hunt for birds meaning recall has been a challenge and we have spent hours and hours training
The most surprising thing about owning a English Springer Spaniel is...
Can't help but love the fact their tail never stops wagging. They are in to everything, nothing is private with a spaniel around!
What I wish I’d known about English Springer Spaniels is...
You need to be prepared and have the time for lots and lots and lots of training especially when they teach their teenage dirtbag stage!
