My favourite thing about Mateus is...
He talks to everyone and is very social with all dogs and people, everyone expects him to say hello and he is gentle and loving. He loves play and is not a greedy dog. The best is he is so like us and understands human language, he is very intelligent.
The biggest challenge with Mateus is...
Scent of deers and runs to find them, he only stops running when they're gone which is worrying.

The utter loyalty is outstanding. The TV watching blows us away.

His history breaks my heart, not knowing what he has been through to get to us.
