My favourite thing about Paco is...
His energy, calm personality with the kids and his loving nature. Velcro dogs is an accurate description, he has to be touching you all the time! Although we have never tired him out yet, we over estimated the amount of exercise needed. An hour walk in the morning and half an hour on the night is enough for him.
The biggest challenge with Paco is...
His energy, sometimes he is desperate for a walk in the morning. Can be overbearing with other dogs sometimes.
The most surprising thing about owning a German Short-Haired Pointer is...
How low maintenance their coats are. We wash him when dirty but he doesn’t need special shampoos regularly.
What I wish I’d known about German Short-Haired Pointers is...
They molt, quite a lot at certain points during the year.
