Greetings from Zola
German Short-Haired Pointer, 9 years old
She came from Rehoming Cyprus Pointers .
My favourite thing about Zola is...
She is cheeky, loving, a very quick learner and full of life.
The biggest challenge with Zola is...
Zola was a stray from Cyprus so we had to teach her the basics which is tricky in an independent adult.
The most surprising thing about owning a German Short-Haired Pointer is...
Nothing surprises me.
What I wish I’d known about German Short-Haired Pointers is...
This breed has a tendency to be very 'needy' and prone to separation anxiety. They are often referred to as 'Velcro Dogs'.
Did you know?
The GSP is one of the versatile Hunt, Point and Retrieve (HPR) breeds and is happy to work on land and water.
