Get to know Aroura
Greyhound, 3 years old
She came from Birmingham RSPCA .
My favourite thing about Aroura is...
She's very loving and caring loves people than other dogs. She is a good girl most of the time and has her moments though. She loves her treats and food and playing with her soft toys. She thinks she's more human than a dog as she sleeps like one in my bed on a pillow. She has plenty of lives and kisses to give and loves kids too. She's a one in a million dog for sure!! So glad that I have her.
The biggest challenge with Aroura is...
She's a very nervous dog she hates being rushed to do things likes to do things at her own pace like going to the toilet.
The most surprising thing about owning a Greyhound is...
They have plenty of love to give to their families and there owners for sure!!.
What I wish I’d known about Greyhounds is...
Their statueing that they do when you walk them but apparently it's in their breed to do this. It's my first ever dog so I've been learning as I go along.
Did you know?
While they are gentle by nature, their natural hunting instinct is always present and owners must be willing to take on the necessary responsibilities that go with the breed.
