Get to know Bow

Pomeranian, 6 years old

🏠 Suburbs dog
🍼 Lives with children

My favourite thing about Bow is...

His character and cheeky personality. He is a very loving dog who demands our attention all the time, although he is lovable he is also a grumpy boy if he gets disturbed when sleeping and will growl and snap. But he soon apologises for his grumpyness by trying to give you kisses.

The biggest challenge with Bow is...

His barking and eating his own poop,

The most surprising thing about owning a Pomeranian is...

He is like a toddler who does throw tantrums (he throws himself on the floor and rubs his face on the floor whilst moaning and wiggles his body) this is becaise we have something he cant have but he wants it. He is very possesive of his cuddly bear who he suckles on to calm himself down. He also suffers wotb separation anxiety which makes it difficult for me to go out.

What I wish I’d known about Pomeranians is...

That they are very teritorial and dont like anyone making a sound or walking past the house. He barks at everything a car goes past someone speaks.he is even protective of our neighbour whom he has only known for a year.

Did you know?

When Poms first came to the UK, they were very much the canine supermodels of the time. Artist Gainsborough was particularly taken with the Pomeranian dog breed and painted them several times. This was possibly what led to their popularity — especially among the aristocracy.
