Claiming Your Money Back

Thank you for trying Purina ONE for 3 weeks. As we promised, if you did not see a visible difference in your cat's health you can claim your money back. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Print application form or contact the Purina PetCare Team to be sent an application form in the post.
  2. Complete (in writing)
  3. Freepost with till receipts and the original empty packaging (These must be received within 3 months of receipt date or by 1st July 2017, whichever is earliest) to:
