My dog tried these for free as part of an Insiders trial programme.I have to say he wolfed them down very quickly so he obviously approved.I could see how by the way he chewed that the back gums and teeth could become cleaner However......each following day over the 5 days he had eaten one, he had the "runs".I had failed to read the ingredients,and the sticks are cereal and chicken based,both of which my dog has an intolerance.His sensitive digestion allows him to eat only rice based hypoallergeneric foods with no beef or chicken. So a good product but sadly not for my dog. Hence 4 stars.
We have added Dentalife into my pug's morning routine for almost a week and we have already noticed a difference in his breath odour. Winston has never been keen on chews, so was surprised how enthused he was to explore the Dentalife chew. He absolutely loves them and will demolish it with speed, which I think is his vouch for how tasty they must be. Really impressed!
My dog has been really enjoying these dental sticks. In the past I have bought other brands but have been unsure as to whether they were actually doing her any good. Because of the way these are constructed you can see that they really would help with dental hygiene plus she loves them which is a bonus.
I have been giving my pug these chews for a couple of days now and it is really doing a great job at cleaning his teeth. His breath has improved too. It is really easy for him to chew as the sticks have a chewy texture, plus he does not have a lot of teeth. No artificial additions or sugars! Very easy to store in the reusable packets. Really happy.
