Feeding guide
For weight loss follow the weight loss feeding guideline. Quantities are based on current weight and should be readjusted during weight loss. For an efficient weight loss or ideal weight maintenance, the recommended daily energy intake should not be exceeded. Then follow your vet’s recommendations till target body weight is achieved and after if required to maintain target body weight. For the regulation of glucose supply, the recommended period of use is initially up to 6 months. For each additional 5 kg of body weight, feed an additional 25 g of dry food or 1/3 of can per day for weight loss and feed an additional 30g of dry food or 1/2 of can per day for weight maintenance. It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use. Water should always be available.
