My dog is a very fussy little girl so I was excited to see her interested and willing to try this new dry food. She sniffed it and strated eating straight away but quickly stopped. I thought she maybe wasn't to hungry at the time but unfortunately she didn't want to try again the next day or any other time we offered it. Overall, it looks good size wise for a small breed and also contains high quality ingredients. I can't comment on the long term benefits as she didn't want to eat it.
My lovely Chanel/pug love the product. She is an old fussy eater. But the first time she tried it, she just loved it. I have 3 extra cats and all of them stealing Chanel food now as well.
The packaging was very eye-catching and all information needed was on the front of the pack not all on the back where it is hard to read at a glance. From the moment the bag was opened my dog got excited and sat with his paw up asking to try some. I gave him just 1 and he ate it and wanted more. I started putting some into his bowl and increasing it daily and he is just loving it. The size of the kibble is just right for my small dog and he woofs it all down everyday. He seems to like the flavour as he finishes every bowl full. He is sat waiting at his bowl now everyday to get some more delicious chicken kibble. My dog is old and this is perfect for the old guy as it has all the ingredients that he needs to stay healthy and alert in it. I would definitely recommend this product.
Sasha has been eating Purina Pro Plam for aged 9 + small and mini for two weeks now. When we received the bag she was right their to sniff it out and could not wait to try it. The smaller pieces make it easier for to eat because she has 7 teeth missing. She really enjoys eating it. I am so happy that she does as she can be a bit picky sometimes. Knowing that she is getting a healthy diet in her senior years is important to me and Purina ProPlan is providing this for her. I would recommend to family and friends who have senior dogs. I will continue to include this in her diet.
