Poor
1/5

I have a 15 year old cocker spaniel, he loved the old shapes. The new ones give him an upset stomach now and he’s not at all keen. Why have these changed? I will now have to find my spaniel an alternative. I won’t be buying these again.

Why change recipe!!
1/5

Bought bag of Shapes and thought they were off due to no colour in the biscuits, but now checking online I now see other customers reviewing changed biscuits. My shih tzu who has digestive problems loves and has eaten Shapes for years which agreed with her, but no any more..she won't eat the new recipe. What ingrdients have changed?, Would also appreciate if full list of ingredients could be advised on labelling..not listed as derivitives etc which always rings alarm bells !!!

Our 3 dogs prefer old recipe and charcoal biscuit
2/5

Shame that biscuits have changed as I used to go through mounds of them. Got to find an alternative now.

What on earth have you done to “Shapes”
1/5

We have owned dogs for many years and spillers/ Winalot shapes have alway been our go to snack for our doggie pals. The new recipe is now being rejected at every opportunity by our two Lhasa’s and we have had to look elsewhere for a treat to give them. Judging by all the other comments I have read I would suggest you go back to the old recipe and quickly you will be loosing customers faster than Usain Bolt if you don’t. !!
