My favourite thing about Norman is...
His character - he always manages to make me smile every day. He has such a warm charm about him that just captivates anyone who meets him. Norman is intelligent, strong-willed, loyal, loving, playful, a cuddle monster and everyone’s best friend. I love the way he looks at you as if he’s looking into your soul, he makes a real connection with everybody he meets and that’s what makes him so special.
The biggest challenge with Norman is...
Trying to get him to stop bringing me everyone’s shoes!
The most surprising thing about owning a Golden Retriever is...
The hair! The amount they shed is unreal; make sure you invest in a good brush if you’re thinking of owning one.

I did my research on the breed before bringing Norman home; he is my dream dog.
