His goofy way of jumping straight up when getting in the car or on the furniture.

He loves to run but will not come back when called. He sees a rabbit or squirrel or anything that looks like it's a good chase and he's off.

Their docile attitude to life in general. They don't need miles of walking and running, they need a quick sprint then a restful slow walk.

How they can be very picky eaters. Merle has a very sensitive gut so he has small portions twice daily. He cannot cope with large amounts and any treats given such a dental sticks are usually the size you would give a small breed or puppy.
