Recommended daily amount (pouch/day)
For an average cat of 4 kg and 7-11 years old, feed up to 3 pouches per day and for a cat >11 years old, feed up to 3½ pouches per day in at least 2 separate meals. The senior maintenance averages are based on moderately active cats. Individual needs vary and feeding should be adjusted as required to maintain your cat at a lean, healthy body weight.
Serve at room temperature. Clean, fresh drinking water should always be available.

Our lovely old girl is nearly 16, and missing all her teeth due to inflammatory gum disease. She is a very much cherished member of our family, she is our autistic son's support animal and very best friend.
She deserves the best, and I've got to say this food is the nicest she's had. She thoroughly enjoyed the texture, and she seems so much more alert and playful since trying it. We will definitely be buying it again - it comes in convenient packaging, easy to store , easy to use and doesn't have that noxious smell that some other cat food can have.

Our cat is very fussy when it comes to wet food and never eats anything new we try. So we have been regularly feeding her the same product. To our surprise, she absolutely loves the Pro Plan meal!
She now can not wait to have this, and i jumping up at the packet when she sees it. The bowl is licked clean which is never normally what she does.
She seems to have more energy as well post meal.
My cat is such a fussy cat, I was worried that she wouldn't be willing to even try this but she dived right in! I didn't realise that sterilised cats needed a different diet so having a product that fully supports my senior cat and that my cat thoroughly enjoys, its a great product. I like that there is a good amount of broth which is always helpful. I do like Purina as a company as they have their own team of animal nutritionists to help formulate their food.
My cat didn't leave any food behind and I even saw her licking her dish clean, so this food clearly gets her seal of approval.
When I opened the first pouch and Kira smelt it she was very enthusiastic, meowing and getting very excited. She began to rapidly eat the Pro Plan food and seemed to be enjoying it but stopped eating well before she would normally do so with her other favourite meals. Later she ate another few mouthfuls but never finished her plate. I have tried again since but again she never completely finishes her portions. My conclusion is that although she loves the smell of this Pro Plan meal, she is not so happy with the texture as it seems to cling around inside of her mouth. I have previously tried her with a quite expensive cat pate so I know that she doesn't like that type of smooth texture. Certainly for a cat who has lost some teeth this would be perfect.
