How do I change my personal information?
You can update your Purina Shop information or pet details easily.
For Purina Shop Accounts
It’s easy to make changes to your details, whether it’s your payment information, password, or address book. Simply log-in to your account and you’ll find all the options you need at the top of the page under ‘My account’.
If you have received an email from us and you want to amend your pet details
• Click on the Update Details link within the email
• You can edit, remove or add new pets as necessary
If you have received an email from us and you would like to unsubscribe
• Click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of your email
• You’ll be asked to check your email address and confirm that you want to unsubscribe
