Been told by the company since mid December that they will have production back underway and in stock by early Feb then mid March and now being told mid April. This is shocking service for the dogs that rely on this food for their health! My dog was diagnosed with both severe IBD, Pancreatitis and reflux disorder which means she chokes and had near fatal misses with the dry food as it is very sticky and gets stuck in her throat! Now I’ve had to switch to another food due to Purina’s lack of urgency to sort the production issue out. After consulting with the Vet Hospital, I have made the switch to Hills Prescription diet Z/D…..I am putting this here for other people to switch too as this has been a good switch without issue for my dog and she loves the food! Pretty much the same calories in each tin despite them being slightly smaller tins so you generally use the same amount for a feeding guide. You’ve lost a valuable customer here forever as I won’t switch her diet back again when you decide to get your into gear!
