Crunchie only has dry food as a complementary food that is there for her whenever she wants.
Unusually for a labrador she doesn't eat all her food as soon as it's in front of her!
We introduced the food slowly so as not to have any adverse affects! Initially she ate all we gave her, but the 2nd lot, she ignored for a few hours.
We mixed it with her normal dry food initially, to now it's purely Purina. She grazes as & when she wants it.
We've not noticed any change to her energy or mobility, but as she's in her very old age, we weren't expecting for her to be running around like a puppy!
A 14kg bag will last her a long time, but i'll definitely look at buying it again for her.
My yellow lab is so enjoying Purina®ProPlan®, she loving the size of each biscuit and cant get enough of the taste of it. She definitely prefers Purina ®Plan® to than regular food and rather have the tasty bites than to go to her normal food . Appa seems to get so excited when the new Purina food comes around and waggles her tail, which comes to have alot more energy! My dog mitzi is very fussy,when the parcel arrived she was sniffing around it like crazy and couldn't wait for me to open it,(that's a good sign) she never does that .
As soon as I opened the large bag of biscuits she had her nose in an was already munching some biscuites,I was very impressed,I've wasted lots of money on biscuits and food that she won't eat.
Since trying these biscuits I've noticed she doesn't pester for treats as much and she seems a lot less lethargic,wether that's due to the food or she may have lost weight with her not eating as many treats ,I don't know,but I'm extremely happy,she absolutely loves them and if my fussy dog will eat them then they must be very good.
As having dogs all my life i have sometimes struggled with keeping my dogs interested in dog biscuits as they can get boring for dogs. But my dog doesn’t normally like many brands of biscuits but she absolutely loves these. She eats these with her breakfast and enjoys them. This big big would also last a while.
