I am impressed with the PRO PLAN® Optidigest Sensitive Digestion Medium Adult Dry Dog Food Lamb. My dog stools are the best they ha e bee n for awhile now which is something i have really been looking for in a food. Im not sire if ots from the food but his tear stain are 100% gone!
The food its self food my Frenchie os i feel alittle on the big side, but he is coping well with it. I have been using it as treats and for breakfast and dinner watering it down with boiling water to mash it, which works really well for him.
The food itself doesnt smell but he still does!

I have an 11 year old Border collie I have struggled on and off since I rescued him with his food and sensitive digestion.watery stools and boats of diahorea. Normally when I open food he looks at it sniffs and walks away and then might eat some later.
When I opened the Purina he was sniffy immeadiately. I have a changed dog, he took some off me and then finished the bowl .
He loves it and eats it as soon as I put it down.
I also like the texture and shape of the kibble, it is not dry and I feel the consistency makes it more palatable.
Especially to my older fussy dog.
We have been trialling our spaniel cross Pippin on the lamb medium dry sensitive digestion. Pippin is VERY fussy, however seem comfortable eating this biscuit on its own where as before she has rejected this with other brands. You can tell it’s made from quality ingredients as it smells strong of lamb. Pippin has not had any digestion problems, healthy poos and healthy pups all round!
I have been weening my dog gradually onto this product for the past couple of weeks, he has a very sensitive tummy and we struggle to find foods that don’t upset him. I initially used it as occasional treats which he loved. I have gradually put more and more into his food and we are now at 50/50. It doesn’t seem to be upsetting him at all, he is thoroughly enjoying it and over the past few days I have noticed he is itching his ears less! So far so good, hopefully we will soon be on 100% pro plan. I am very impressed with the product, it has a great texture, not too dry and the smell isn’t too strong like some other products we’ve tried. They are good size pieces which fit easily into the treat dispensers and most importantly Bertie seems to be enjoying them! Thanks for letting us test them. Would definitely recommend and if all goes well will certainly be switching to them. Thanks
